Bankers Choice Appraisals, LLC was founded in 1999 with the unions of a Banker, a Realtor and a Mortgage Broker. Our Founder, Fritz Vogel, CREA, CRS, CEI, GRI, has over 18 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, serving 11 counties in upstate New York. Fritz has been a top producing Real Estate Broker with The Prudential and was a loan officer with Source One Mortgage. Fritz is a Certified Residential Specialist, a Certified Environmental Inspector and a Graduate of the Realtors Institute. He is a certified New York State Residential Appraiser, and maintains a NYS Real Estate Broker's License. Fritz has a GREAT combination to know values and trends in the marketplace.

Since our beginning we have tripled our staff, quadrupled our list of clients and increased our appraisal volume by 1,000 %. Why? We offer a 2-3 day turnaround, free comparable checks or "Surveys" AND we work weekends!

The only thing better would be free appraisals & guaranteed values… But we can't do that!
